HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 20098 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent dated 12.05.2017 suspending the Fair Price Shop authorization of the petitioner in respect of Fair Price Shop No.1222033 of Yenumuladoddi village, pending enquiry.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that pursuant to enquiry proceedings taken up against the petitioner, final order was passed on 26.08.2017 and the copy of the same would be served on the petitioner. In view of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
