Common Order:

CCCA.No.98 of 2005 arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 16-09-2002, in OS.No.1090 of 1994, on the file of the Court of the learned V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Pending the CCCA, the appellant has filed CCCAMP.No.16 of 2015, stating that he has settled the dispute with respondent No.1- Society out of the Court and that therefore, he intends to withdraw the CCCA.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the said request.

In view of the same, CCCAMP.No.166 of 2015 is allowed and CCCA.No.98 of 2005 is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of CCCA.No.98 of 2005, interim order, dated 08-06-2005, which is made absolute by order, dated 18-08-2005, is vacated and CCCAMP.Nos.340 & 428 of 2005 and 223 & 470 of 2008 are disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 8th April, 2015 LUR
