This petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in DVC No.129 of 2017 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

The parties intend to compromise the matter.

They can do so in accordance with law before the Court concerned.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
