The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner in the list of Rowdy Sheet i.e., History Sheet No.707/A, dated 10.8.2009, on the file of the 4th respondent. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to give a representation for removal of his name from Rowdy Sheet to the respondents concerned and therefore, a direction may be given to the respondents to consider the same. 4.

Considering the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"The petitioner is permitted to prefer a revision to the respondents concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondents concerned are directed to dispose of the same, within one month thereafter, in accordance with law." No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
