HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20284 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader and Sri O.Manohar Reddy.

After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and examining the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the relief in the writ petition or the issues involve examination of facts in a full fledged trial taken up between the parties. Without expressing any view on the case pleaded by the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioners to work out the remedies available in law in a properly instituted suit or proceedings against the alleged excess land in an extent of Ac.1-25 guntas situated in Survey No.216 of Ellanthakunta village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, in possession of respondents 1 and 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
