This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 07.02.2008, in W.P.No.2335 of 2008 as extended by the order, dated 24.07.2008 in W.P.M.P.No.3008 of 2008 in W.P.No.2335 of 2008.

On 12.12.2014, learned counsel for the petitioner was not present and therefore, the case was adjourned to today. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.
