This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 26-10-2012 in M.P.No.363 of 2012 in M.C.No.364 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of JHCBBC cum Addl. Family Court cum XXIII Addl. Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
