THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP No.1878 and 1899 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER :

Petitioners are contract employees, who have challenged their termination orders in these Writ Petitions.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that petitioners ought to approach the A.P. Administrative Tribunal which has jurisdiction over the matter and that this Court should not entertain the Writ Petition. 3.

In view of the said submission, these Writ Petitions are dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the A.P. Administrative Tribunal for appropriate relief. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
