Since there was no representation for the petitioner on 04.07.2017, and more particularly, even on 18.05.2017 and 16.06.2017, this Court, having felt that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present anticipatory bail application, directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner, despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.
