HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 25375 of 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard Mr.V.Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Bhaskar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner, in the instant writ petition, make the following prayer: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the letter No.B/974/95, dated 17.11.2005, from the file of the Mandal Revenue Officer, Amberpet Mandal (R1), and after perusing the same, quash the said letter, dated 17.11.2005, by declaring it as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and contrary to the proceedings No.A/6183/1997, dated 16.04.2004 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hyderabad Division and with all other consequential benefits, monetary and otherwise and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Mr.Bhaskar Reddy submits that the concerned authority shall issue fresh demand notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. His statement is recorded and accepted. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is needless to mention that the impugned letter, in view of the statement made by learned Government Pleader, renders ineffective.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
