ORDER

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in sealing the premises of the petitioner bearing No.11-526/1, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, without giving any opportunity, as arbitrary and illegal.

While admitting the writ petition on 8.8.2008, this Court passed the following order:

"The respondents are directed to remove the seal of the premises bearing No.1-1-526/1, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad and notice. The petitioner shall make an application to the respondents for renewal of trade license under Section 521 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act within a week from today."

Since the trade licence was issued only for one year and as the said has expired long back, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
