HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 1961 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed assailing the order dated 17.11.2017 in O.A.No. 3064 of 2017 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 has been dismissed.

The learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the petitioner's case falls under G.O.Ms.No.257, dated 10.06.1999 and his case will be considered accordingly.

In view of the above submission, the impugned order dated 17.11.2017 passed in O.A.No. 3064 of 2017 is hereby set aside, and consequently, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No. 257, dated 10.06.1999.

Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
