THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Tr.CMP.No.27 of 2018 O R D E R:

This Tr.CMP. is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code seeking transfer of O.P.No.10 of 2017 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kamareddy to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The said O.P., was filed by the respondent against the petitioner for dissolution of their marriage under Section 13(i)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Petitioner contends that she had secured employment as a Government Teacher and she is posted at Hyderabad; that her minor daughter is school going and there is nobody to look after her; and that it is difficult for her to travel to Kamareddy to attend the proceedings in the said O.P.

Though notice has been served on the respondent, none appears on his behalf.

Having regard to the difficulty expressed by the petitioner in attending the proceedings in the O.P.No.10 of 2017 before the Senior civil Judge at Kamareddy mentioned above, this Tr.CMP., is allowed and OP.No.10 of 2017 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kamareddy is withdrawn from the file of the said Court and transferred to the Court of Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
