This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the third respondent in refusing to register the documents relating to the petitioners land admeasuring Ac.32.00 cents situated in Survey Nos.346/2 to 346/7 and 346/9 of Yeguva Thimmapuram village, Madhuravada, Visakhapatnam rural mandal, Visakhapatnam district by declaring G.O.Ms.No.583, Revenue (Registration-I) Department dated 04.05.2005 as arbitrary and illegal.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
