The grievance of the petitioner is the continuation of the rowdy sheet opened against him in the year 2013. The learned Government Pleader for Home has placed on record the Written Instructions dt.29-01-2020 received from the SubInspector of Police, Bhavaninagar Police Station, Hyderabad. As per the said instructions, the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner was already closed on 26-02-2018. He would further submit that the copy of the same was also given to the petitioner on 28-02-2018 In the light of the development taken place subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders need to be passed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
