The petitioner/sole accused and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant, along with their respective counsel, are present. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offence in S.C.No.571 of 2017, on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 IPC, by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably.

The aadhaar card of L.W.4/victim girl P.Rajeswari, daughter of 2nd respondent/de facto complainant, shows as born on 01.01.2001 and major by 01.01.2019, having completed 18 years, also present along with de facto complainant and petitioner - accused in S.C.No.571 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, L.B.Nagar that was registered for the offence under Section 366 IPC from the charge sheet filed, taken cognizance and on committal pending. At this stage, they compromised saying victim girl and the accused married recently and they are living together and the criminal case may not come in their way for their future and happy marital life, since arranged through elders and performed.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in S.C.No.571 of 2017, on the file of the Principal Senior Judge Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/accused is acquitted.
