The petitioner/sole accused and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant, along with their respective counsel, are present. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences in S.C.No.10 of 2019, on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for trial of offences under SC/ST (POA) Act-cum-VII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 493, 376 IPC and Section 3(1)(w)(ii), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in S.C.No.10 of 2019, on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for trial of offences under SC/ST (POA) Act-cum-VII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/accused is acquitted. The bail bonds of accused, if any, shall stand cancelled. However, it is left open, if at all the victim chooses, even within two months, to file application for revival to set aside the compromise, if at all he went back from the marriage already performed, stated living together.
