2. Petitioners' basic grievance is non-consideration of their application for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds with regard to land to an extent of Ac.17-00 cents in survey No.223/3 and Ac.5-82 cents in R.S.No.224/1 of Thirumalampalem, H/o.Gollagudem Village. It is stated that the petitioners made an application dated 07.07.2013 in the prescribed proforma under form VI(A) duly complying with the Rules framed under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. Even after lapse of so much of time, the fourth respondent is alleged to be not considering the same. Petitioners have also made certain allegations against the fifth respondent.

3. Since the basic grievance is non-consideration of petitioners' application for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, it is appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to examine petitioners' aforesaid application and if the said application is in conformity with the Rules framed under the aforesaid Act, the fourth respondent shall conduct necessary enquiry and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
