Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue order, writ or direction more in the nature of writ of mandamus, to declare the action of the 3rd respondent for not considering the petitioner representation dated 07.12.2019 under Section 15-A(1)(b) and (2) of Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 for division of 4th respondent society for avoiding conflict of Jurisdiction of societies in the area covered under 4th respondent society as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions issued by the District Fisheries Officer, Jagtial District. 4.

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the third respondent considered the representations dated 25.02.2019 and 07.12.2019 submitted by the petitioner and the same were rejected since they are not accompanied by the required documents for organization of New Fishermen Co-operative Society at Sirpur Village, Mallapur Mandal, Jagtial District, and the same was intimated to the petitioner through District Fisheries Officer, Jagtial, vide Lr.No.50/D/2019 dated 08.02.2020.

In the light of the above said instructions, the writ petition, as filed by the petitioner for consideration and passing of appropriate orders on

the above two representations, is not maintainable. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection orders dated 08.02.2020 passed by the third respondent vide Lr.No.50/D/2019.
