HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.23847 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the letter of the 4th respondent, dated 24.10.2009, directing the respondents 2 to 8 to stop the construction and inauguration of the Function Hall on Wakf property in Sy.No.41, admeasuring Acs.1.06 guntas attached to wakf institution namely Ashurkhana Chityal situated at Medak Town, Medak District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 04.11.2009, the opening ceremony of the Function Hall was over and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
