THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12948 of 2011 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking appropriate action in Crime No.1094 of 2009 on the file of Rajendranagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. The Sub Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate furnished instructions dated 11.06.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon the complaint made by the petitioner before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendranagar, Crime No.1094 of 2009 was registered on the file of the Rajendranagar Police Station under Sections 120B, 409 and 420 IPC. After due investigation, the investigating officer filed a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, reporting that there was no evidence to support the complaint. Copy of the said final report was also placed on record.
In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police is shown to be without basis. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the final conclusion arrived at by the police authorities, it is for him to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No
order as to costs.
