The only grievance of the petitioner is that he purchased agricultural lands to an extent of Ac.1.19 guntas in Sy.No.313, Ac.3.00 guntas in Sy.No.311, Ac.1.10 guntas in Sy.No.320, Ac.1.20 guntas and Ac.1.32 guntas in Sy.No.312 and Ac.0.39 guntas in Sy.No.320, total admeasuring Ac.8.20 guntas of Kallakal Village, Toopran Mandal, presently Manoharabad Mandal, Medak District, through registered Sale Deed No.419/2007 and 497/2007 and thereafter the revenue authorities issued Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds to the petitioner. While so, when the petitioner made application dt.02.04.2019 for issuance of fresh ROR Pass Books, no action has been taken by the respondents on the said applications, till date. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
