l l This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner-Accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.L78 of 2018 on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case status information, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this criminal petition, the trial Court has disposed off the case as this Court quashed the proceedings against Accused Nos.1 to 3 in the subject calendar case. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the very purpose of filing this criminal petition has already been fulfilled and no cause survives in this criminal petition and thereby the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed.
