The only grievance of the petitioner is that he purchased agricultural lands to an extent of Ac.3.30 guntas in Sy.No.311 and Ac.0.21 guntas in Sy.No.320, total admeasuring Ac.4.11 guntas, at Kallakal Village, Toopran Mandal, Siddipet District, through registered Sale Deed No.418/2007 and thereafter he was also issued Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed. While so, when the petitioner made application dt.02.04.2019 and 17.09.2019 for issuance of fresh ROR Pass Books, no action has been taken by the respondents on the said applications, till date. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
