HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23385 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the orders of disengagement of the petitioner from service issued by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 25.06.2002. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the interim orders dated 22.11.2002 passed by this Court in WPMP No.29329 of 2002, the petitioner was reinstated into service and, hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
