THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.2383 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed against the proceedings No.C3/1408/2018 dated 13.04.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent suspending the authorisation of Fair Price Shop of the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced the final order made by the authorities vide proceedings No.C3/CS/0005/2018 dated 12.02.2019 whereby the authorisation of the petitioner has been cancelled. In view of the fact that a final order came to be passed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies under law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed. ______________________________ JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM 13th February, 2019 KSM
