It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.32 of 2014 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge at Godavari Khani, out of which this CMA arises, itself was dismissed in terms of compromise on 15.12.2017, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
