THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.18320 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the Possession Notice, dated 13.06.2015, issued under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

This Court, by order, dated 23.06.2015, while issuing notice before admission, granted interim stay on condition of petitioner depositing Rs.7,00,000/- within four weeks from the date of passing of such order. Subsequently, by order, dated 21.07.2015, this Court has extended the time granted for complying with the said condition. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned several times. Today, when the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that she has no instructions in the matter from her client.

On the other hand, it is represented by the learned counsel for respondent - Bank that the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid condition imposed by this Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
