Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to approach appropriate forum.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to renew her request at appropriate forum.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
