This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 30.9.2010 in I.A.No.735 of 2009 in O.S.No.1021 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mancherial.

As per the office note, the main suit was dismissed on 13.4.2011. As on today, the suit is not pending. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application if the suit is restored. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
