This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order Dt.09.10.2012 in I.A.No.525 of 2009 in O.S.No.172 of 2009 passed by I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, whereby the Court dismissed petition filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC to implead the petitioner therein as defendant No.6. During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 08.10.2014 by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore. Therefore, the cause shown in the petition does not survive for consideration and it became infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
