HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39354 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of suit schedule property an extent of Ac.8.81 cents in Sy.No.291 an extent of Ac.1.75 cents in Sy.No.292 situated at Agraharam Revenue Village, Kallur Panchayat, Garladinne Mandal, Ananthapur District of the petitioner and interfering in civil rights of the petitioner though civil disputes are pending in O.S.No.649 of 2009 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Junior civil Judge, Ananthapur and O.S.No.

388 of 2008 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Anantapur, as illegally, arbitrary, in the violation of Article 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere in civil dispute and peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property with an extent of Ac.8.81 cents in Sy.No.291 an extent of Ac.l.75 cents in Sy.No.292 situated at Agraharam Revenue Village, Kallur Panchayat, Garladinne Mandal, Ananthapur District of the petitioner." The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner and the respondent police are not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land and not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and others.

Recording the above said statement, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
