This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 05.01.2017 in I.A.No.145 of 2016 in I.A.No.350 of 2014 in O.S.No.157 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajampet. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
