This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the application dated 10.07.2019 submitted by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land in Survey No.7LU, to an extent of Ac.1.00, situated at Tandra Village, Kalwakurthy Mandal, Nagarkurnool District. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted application on 10.07.2019 in Form-6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short" the Act") for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land and the same is not being disposed of, till date. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
