THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.Nos.94, 14444 & 24464 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These writ petitions are posted for 'for being mentioned' on the letter filed by the learned Standing counsel Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana.

Mr.C.Ramachandra Raju made all the efforts at his disposal to convince this Court to atleast grant either a short adjournment of two days or pass over for the day. He fairly informs the Court that he could not contact the client. The difficulty experienced by Mr.Ramachandra Raju is placed on record.

In consequential circumstances, this Court would not have also refused the request of learned counsel but for the fact that the learned Standing counsel Mr. T.S.Venkata Ramana submits that the cause in the writ petitions from any perspective is rendered ineffective.

After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that the writ petitions can be closed by placing on record the statement of Mr.T.S.Venkata Ramana.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly closed. It is made clear that the instant order is passed by referring to the statement made by the learned Standing counsel. If the cause survives, liberty is given to petitioners to file an

application for recalling of the order, which the Court will consider to meet the ends of justice. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
