Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

2. The petitioner in this Writ Petition is questioning the proceedings dt.30-04-2013 of the 6th respondent keeping pending the registration of a sale deed presented by petitioner on the ground that No Objection Certificate from the Revenue authorities was not received

3. It is not disputed by counsel on both sides that Full Bench of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad and others[1] has considered the issue relating to refusal of registration on the grounds set out in Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and that the law prevailing as on date is the law contained in the said judgment.

Therefore the impugned order passed by 6th respondent is set aside and the 6th respondent is directed

to consider the issue of registration of the document submitted by petitioner afresh in the light of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court referred to above. This exercise shall be completed within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
