HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1341 of 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition under Section 439(1)(b) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District vide order dated 23.04.2021 in Crime No. 234 of 2020 on the file of NTPC Police Station.

The learned Judge, while granting bail, directed the petitioners to appear before the NTPC Police Station on first and last Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 Noon till filing of the charge sheet. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners Sri G.

Suresh Goud submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by the Court below, but due to their occupation, it has become difficult for them to comply with the same. Hence, the learned counsel requests that the said condition may be relaxed. 4.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is pending. He submits that the petitioners are not appearing regularly, hence, the said condition may not be relaxed.

The Court has imposed this condition on 23.04.2021. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the same.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly, allowed. However, whenever presence of the petitioners is required, police shall issue notice to them and on receipt of such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the police. ___________________________ LALITHA KANNEGANTI, J 22nd February 2022 ksld
