HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42001 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 and 3 to complete investigation in FIR No.93 of 2015 registered against respondents No.4 to 8.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the mother of the petitioner filed a civil suit against the 4th respondent's brother for perpetual injunction and the said suit is pending. While so, the 4th respondent with the help of respondents Nos.5 to 8 kidnapped the family members of the petitioner. Then, the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was registered as FIR No.93 of 2015. But the investigation has not been completed so far.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "Respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in connection with FIR No.93 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law." 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________ RAJA ELANGO, J Date: 2nd December, 2016 Nn
