This Habeas Corpus petition seeks production of the petitioner's son - Shaik Imran Ali.

Sri Akkam Eshwar, learned Government Pleader, submits that Crime No.182 of 2014 has been registered against the Shaik Imran Ali at Begum Bazar Police Station and in connection thereof, he came to be arrested on 20.06.2016 and presently he is in judicial custody.

In view thereof, we find no reason to keep this writ petition pending and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy for redressal of her grievance, if any. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
