THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2247 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana). When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 01.02.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Subedari Police Station, Warangal, are placed on record, wherein it is stated that, earlier, on completion of investigation of the case, charge sheet was filed before the learned IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal on 14.06.2013 and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.382/2013 and presently numbered as C.C.No.92/2017 on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for PCR, Warangal. It is further stated that the police could not file supplementary charge sheet against A1 and A2-unofficial respondents and that, on 26.01.

2018 A1 and A2 were apprehended and they voluntarily confessed that they have committed the offence and after issuing notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and after completion of investigation, supplementary charge sheet was filed before the learned IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal vide SR.No.CC/287/2018 on 27.01.2018 by serving notice to the accused on 26.01.2018. In view of the above, nothing remains in the Writ Petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
