When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader on instructions that the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Warangal Urban District/the fourth respondent herein granted license in favour of the fourth respondent. In view the above, no relief in the present writ petition can be granted. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to assail the license granted in favour of the fifth respondent in an appropriate forum of law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
