HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1101 OF 2012 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed by the 1st respondent, aggrieved by the order dated 30.06.2012, in Crl.M.P.No.939 of 2012 in D.V.C.No.05 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Sulthanabad.

While so, the e-court information pertaining to Junior Civil Judges Courts, Sulthanabad, shows that the D.V.C.No.05 of 2011 was disposed of by the said court on 13.09.2017. In that view of the matter, this criminal revision case, which is filed against the interim order in D.V.C.No.05 of 2011, becomes infructuous. Sri Y.Soma Raju, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that long back he has given no objection to the petitioner for engaging another counsel.
