It is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners-A8 to A10 that this revision has become infructuous since the entire trial in C.C.No.26 of 2005 on the file of the Special Judge for CBI Cases, Visakhapatnam, has been completed and that it may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
