HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.11258 of 2014 ORDER:
Petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the residential house bearing No.1-4-173/1/3 (Old No.5-72/4) on Plot No.4 in Sy.No.542 together with the land admeasuring 458 sq. yds. situated at Sri Venkata Raman Colony, Old Alwal under Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1976 and contrary to the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.747 Revenue (UC-I) Department, dated 18.06.2008 r/w G.O.Ms.No.1480 Revenue (UC-I) Department, dated 11.12.2008 of the 2nd respondent and also violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to process the petitioner's application bearing No.G/747/24441/13 and regularize the above plot.
2) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue takes notice. 3) When the matter came up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.26922, 26927 and 26965 of 2013 dated 20.11.2013 and therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid covered common order.
4) Learned Government Pleader reported no objection. 5) Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid common order and respondents are directed to process the petitioner's application, take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
