This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to Award passed in ID No.177 of 2001 dated 04.03.2004 on the file of Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam and quash the same and to pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.03.2016. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
