HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Contempt Case No. 68 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan)) This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order passed in Writ Appeal No. 1519 of 2014 dated 28.11.2014, whereby the appellants were directed to forward the case of the 1st respondent for absorption against the aided vacancy, and to be paid salary on par with other unaided employees of the institution within four weeks from the date of the order. Sri K. Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the contempt case is filed for non-compliance of the second limb of the order as the respondents herein are not paying salary to the petitioner on par with the other unaided employees of the institution.

Sri A.Venkataramana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, would draw attention of this Court to the averments in the counter affidavit that the petitioner is being paid salary of Rs.6068/- per month on par with the other unaided nonteaching employees working in the school. Sri K. Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that even this amount has not paid to the petitioner for the past two months. Sri A. Venkataramana, learned counsel for the respondentschool, assures this Court that the salary of Rs.6068/- shall be paid to the petitioner every month on par with the other unaided non-teaching employees of the school.
