THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.994 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police already filed charge sheet in the said case and the same was registered as C.C.No.720 of 2015 and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
