This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.1 in not issuing the E-Pass books to the petitioner in respect of the land in Survey Nos.75, 116, 117, 133, 156/4 & 156/5, admeasuring A.18.17 guntas, situated at Annaram Village of Manuguru Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem District, even though the petitioner is pattadar and he made applications on 17.06.2019 and 12.07.2019.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that though petitioner claims to be the owner of the subject land, the petitioner was not granted pattadar pass book, as on today.
It is to be seen that in the 'pahani' filed by the petitioner, petitioner's name is shown as 'pattadar' of the subject land. Any how, it is for the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent
authority to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
