This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 25-08-2008.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is suffice if the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

No counter affidavit has been filed.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25-08-2008 in accordance with law if it has not already been disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
