When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein will make necessary application before respondent No.3 for redressal of his grievance and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to make necessary application before respondent No.3 for redressal of his grievance within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such application is made, the same shall be considered and appropriate action shall be taken strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
